Join us for a guided journey and tea ceremony with drum, crystal bowls, song and energy medicine.
Please bring a blanket and any other creature comforts you may need for your space. Japanese futons, floor cushions and pillows are available & chairs and a big comfy couch is also available at the wellness center if mobility restrictions prevent lying down. Herbal tea or cacao will be administered for the ceremony each month, and energized water is also always available.
